Who we are
Meldar is a service operated by ClickTheRoadFi Oy (Business ID: 3362511-1), registered in Finland at Punavuorenkatu 1 B 13, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. Meldar puts AI-generated content in front of real human reviewers and returns per-item quality verdicts. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at [email protected].
What data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Contact data: Your email address when you join the early-access list, together with the page or form you signed up from.
- Usage data: If — and only if — you accept cookies via our banner, we collect anonymized analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, device type, interaction events such as which pricing tier was clicked). No personal identifiers.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not require an account or collect any profile data.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties for advertising.
- We set no cookies at all unless you explicitly accept them.
How we use your data
- To contact you about early access, launch pricing, and product updates.
- To set up your first content review when the service launches.
- To understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, and improve it.
Cookies
We use cookies only for Google Analytics 4, and only after you explicitly accept them via our cookie banner. If you reject cookies, no tracking scripts are loaded and no cookies are set.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Cookies we use when consent is given:
- _ga: Google Analytics identifier. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_5HB6Q8ZVB8: Google Analytics session cookie. Expires after 2 years.
Google Analytics is configured with ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization set to “denied” at all times. We only use analytics to understand how visitors use the site, not for advertising.
Third-party processors
We use the following third-party processors to operate the site:
- Vercel: Application hosting (EU + US, DPF)
- Resend: Early-access email storage and delivery (US, DPF)
- Google: Analytics, anonymized, consent-gated (US, DPF)
Data retention
- Early-access email addresses: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics data: Anonymized and aggregated, retained per Google Analytics defaults.
Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of all your data. We will comply within 30 days.

- Withdraw consent: Withdraw cookie consent at any time via the footer link, or unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Legal basis for processing
- Consent: Google Analytics cookies and early-access emails (you can withdraw either at any time).
- Legitimate interest: Technical server logs required to operate and secure the site.
International data transfers
Google, Vercel, and Resend may process data outside the EU. These transfers are covered by each provider's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, their EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification.
