Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Meldar (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by ClickTheRoadFi Oy (Business ID: 3362511-1), registered in Finland.

The service

Meldar provides human quality assurance for AI-generated content: you send a batch of AI-generated assets (images, cards, copy), real human reviewers score every item, and you receive per-item verdicts and fix-notes.

Early access

Meldar is currently in early access. The website offers an early-access waitlist; paid reviews are delivered to early-access participants as we onboard them. Until you complete a purchase, published pricing is indicative launch pricing and may change. Features, quotas, and turnaround times may change, be modified, or be removed. We do not guarantee any specific launch date or level of availability (no SLA).

Launch promotion

The first 100 early-access sign-ups receive 50 asset reviews free of charge when the service launches. Eligibility is determined by sign-up timestamp, one claim per person or company. Free reviews are delivered on the standard turnaround, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 6 months after the service launches.

Your content

Content you submit for review remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store the submitted content and show it to reviewers solely for the purpose of delivering the review. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit.

Nature of review results

Review verdicts are aggregated, subjective opinions of human reviewers. They are quality signals, not guarantees: we do not warrant that content scored highly will perform commercially, comply with third-party platform policies, or be free of defects. Review results are not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and we are not liable for decisions made based on them.

Payments

Paid reviews are priced per batch or as a monthly subscription, in USD, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once the review is delivered. If we determine we cannot deliver a review for your content, we will issue a full refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Submit content that is unlawful, or that depicts or exploits minors, promotes violence, or harasses identifiable individuals.
• Submit content you do not have the rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Attempt to identify, contact, or influence individual reviewers.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

We may reject or refund batches that violate these rules.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this site at least 30 days before they take effect.
